Have you ever felt or said the following?

“When I get angry, I lose control of myself” –  “She/he winds me up”

“When I have had a few drinks, things get out of hand”

YOU CAN CHANGE IF YOU WANT TO

We can help you understand what triggers your angry thoughts and feelings.

Everyone experiences difficulties in life and in their relationships, this never justifies the use of violence or abuse.

If domestic abuse is part of your relationship and you want to talk to someone about changing your behaviour the domestic abuse counselling service is here to help you.

We offer one to one intervention programs to men and women who are being abusive or violent.

Our aim is to increase the safety of those who are suffering from the impact of domestic abuse and to help the abuser to stop being violent and abusive.

Our counsellors are fully trained specialist counsellors we will listen to you with respect and without judgement, helping you towards change
