DACS The Domestic Abuse Counselling Service has operated over the last 12 years as a ‘specialist’ domestic violence counselling service, delivering tried and tested, therapeutic programmes to both victims and perpetrators. Providing for over 100 service users each week we are experts in conflict resolution and relationships.
From our 12-year experience, considering the vast skills we have amounted, our Trustee’s made the decision to broaden our constitutional objects and change our charities name.
The changes, agreed by the Charity Commission, allow us to use our very transferable skills in more diverse areas of work, supporting the disadvantaged and marginalised in our community.
I am delighted to announce that ‘The Domestic Abuse Counselling Service’ is now
The Domestic Abuse Counselling Service (DACS) is now a service provided under the umbrella of ‘INSIGHT’ CCSS.
I confirm there will be No Changes to DACS Services, referral process or literature.
The DACS website will remain independent, simply stating it is a service provided by ‘INSIGHT’ CCSS
I would like to thank you on behalf of our board of Trustee’s for your support over the last 12 years and hope this will continue into this exciting phase of our development.
